A roster of 20 different restaurants will be picked out by Time Out editors, but no finalized list has been announced yet, according to announcement from the company. Between the indoor and outdoor spaces, it will have a whopping 520 seats. The new bilevel dining complex will feature three bars and an outdoor rooftop area looking out onto the East River and the Manhattan skyline. Called Time Out Market New York, the food hall has signed a lease for 21,000 square feet on two floors of Dumbo’s Empire Stores, the Post reports. Time Out Market - a food hall brand from the same company as magazine Time Out New York - is planting a huge NYC location on the Dumbo waterfront. ![]()
